For an appointment please contact us before 11.00am whenever possible. You are entitled to see the doctor of your choice but this would be subject to availability.

How To See A Practice Nurse

All our nurses' clinics are by appointment. A phlebotomist takes blood most mornings. Please ring or call in for an appointment.

How do I...
Obtain Telephone Advice?

If you wish to discuss a query with the doctor or nurse please telephone the enquiries number 01637 873921 between 11.00am to 1.00pm. The doctor will call back if they are available. In an emergency the doctor/nurse is available during surgery hours.

How do I...
Obtain A Home Visit?

Home visits should only be requested when patients are too ill to attend the surgery. Whenever possible please contact the surgery before 11.00am.

How do I...
Obtain Test Results?

The receptionist will be happy to give you the results of blood tests, smears, x-rays etc after 2.00pm. The doctor will tell you when the results should be available. The results will only be given to the patient concerned.

After You Have Been To Hospital

Each day our surgery receives an enormous amount of letters and results. For this reason we ask you to contact us with any enquiries you may have regarding medication or results of hospital tests.
